In the 2023-2024 academic year, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality organized IBB Young
Educational support will be provided under the name of university student. Undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students who are in need and themselves or their families reside in Istanbul, and wish to benefit from the Young University Student Education Support between 26 September 2023-03 November 2023.
